It is a lot more difficult to fix a problem after the event then ensure mistakes never happen in the first place. We want to help you avoid this pain and pick up potential problems early.
Arranging a building inspection is literally less than 0.1% cost of the home you will buy. We ensure that your home is inspected at selected stages and meets all of the building code requirements.

Inspections include:
External – All building surfaces from ground to roof including paths/paving, landscaping, driveway, council land/footpaths, clothesline, garage/carport, security doors, paint finish, porches/patios/balconies, stairways, door, windows and window glazing, all exterior walls, downpipes, gutters, eaves, and roof line.
Internal – All internal surfaces from floor structure to ceilings including, floors and coverings, skirting boards, architraves, cornice, walls, ceilings, built in cupboards/wardrobes, drawers, shelving, vanity units, flyscreens, doors, windows, glazing, stairs and rails and ventilation.

We can visit your property for an onsite verbal appraisal, based on a visual look around. This starts at $250+gst and will give you an idea of your home’s quality and if there are any obvious issues.
At your request we can contact your builder for an appointment to meet onsite.
An Owner/Builder report cost is determined by the size of the build. Contact us for a free quote.
We are really happy to help you with little notice. Usually we can arrange an inspection within two business days.
We can give you a verbal report on the day of the inspection and then will send a follow up email with a full report within 24 hours of the inspection.
We require payment by the day of inspection, and before a report is released to you.
We can take any payment by Visa/Mastercard/Bank transfer or Cash.
