Rothmark’s Director David has worked in the building industry in all stages of construction. Amounting to over 30 years of experience, he knows the importance of ensuring each stage of a building project is checked and inspected thoroughly. Having seen it all, David’s experience includes over 7000 inspections and building projects.
David started in the building industry as a plasterer running a successful business for 15 years and then moved onto working for a major builder as a Site Manager, building approximately 500 quality homes over a 10-year period.
The work involved all stages of a construction including ordering materials, organising trades and suppliers, liaising with clients and completing all the quality assurance inspections at the relevant stages. This experience has made David an expert in ensuring quality is upheld through all stages.
David is a qualified Access Consultant with many projects under his belt issuing compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA). He is also a qualified building and pest inspector with a high number of building and pest inspections carried out throughout Victoria.
